Le MONT POURRI 3779m, second highest summit of the Vanoise, is one of the most emblematic off pist route…and for sure a “not to miss” mountain experience for any mountaineer !
Level required : having walked on a glacier before, with crampons on and ice axes. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to get to the top.
You will start from Grand Col, above les Arcs 2000, to climb up on Grand Col and Geay glaciers.
Meeting point : around 4 am at the office in Arcs 1800, or at tourist information centre in Bourg Saint Maurice.
Depending the conditions, 1 guide + 3 persons per roped party
