Robert Blanc Refuge
The refuge :
Refuge "Robert Blanc", is located in the "Mont Blanc"'s massif just below the "Aiguille des Glaciers".
It's really well situated because it could be as well the starting point of alpinism climbing, as well a break for family walkers who come here to discover the valley in one or two days.
It also exists some climbing ways in the slopes of the "Mont Tondu" (guide book at the refuge).
Access :
By car from the Chapieux's village, up to Bourg St Maurice, to the parking of "Les Lanchettes" and then by walk through a beautiful path.
The climb takes about 2 hours and a half facing the beautiful glacier "des Glaciers".
Practical informations :
The refuge is under guard in May (only the weekend) and from June 15th to the end of September.
